I started costuming late in my convention career. Basically, I felt I needed
something to return the experience into the direction of enjoyment, rather than
just business. Thus, the costuming. I grew up with a mother who loved to sew and
she instilled in me the love of dressing up. Every Halloween from the my first
year on I had some cool costume that absolutely no other child had. And as I
grew older, every play I was in that needed a special made costume, she made it
for me. Well, I grew into the tradition quite easily. Below you will find some
of my first efforts. I explain the how and where of each one. I hope you enjoy.
Keep an eye out for more to come...I have way more imagination than I have
closet space....a very dangerous thing.
